Neighbour's touching gesture for couple married in lockdown
A violinist looked across the street while soaking up the sunshine from her locked down Sydney home and saw a sight that lifted her spirts; a couple were getting married.
With weddings restricted to five guests Melissa Voyias decided to surprise her newlywed neighbours - Richard and Rosmin James from their Burwood street.
She grabbed her violin and started serenading them with Ed Sheeran's love song "Perfect".

Speaking to Today, Ms Voyias said she was meant to perform for a wedding in Byron Bay before lockdown hit.
When she saw a bride she didn't hesitate to help.
"We all rushed to the front. We saw her. I thought it would be so nice to play for them," Ms Voyias said.
"Went inside, grabbed the violin. By the time we came out, she'd gone inside.
"Richard came out to go to his car and grab something. We stopped him and said 'would you like a surprise performance'. He said, 'That's such a good idea. I will grab Rosmin,'."
The surprise meant everything to bride Rosmin who has had to postpone two weddings.
Rosmin and Richard were meant to wed in July, and have a wedding in India, but COVID-19 threw a spanner in those plans. Today
"It was a big surprise for our wedding. We were never expecting it," she said smiling.
"We were so happy."
