"I did some research with hot spotting. Infrastructure is our key out of this pandemic. We know that state and Federal Governments are spending on infrastructure," she said.
"Hot spotting is taking a look at the suburbs that will take advantage of this.
"Let's hit Logan City. That is the investor hot spot in South-East Queensland - $18 billion is going to be injected there so prices should actually jump up nicely.
"And you can see there it is affordable."

Next is the Hunter region.
"It just has everything," Zahos said.
"It is a beautiful pocket there in the sense that there is entertainment hubs and job hubs and so on.

In Victoria, Zahos singles out Brimbank.
"Now that the Melbourne airport railway link has been determined that is going to do well," she said.

"Finally, South Australia. Hot spotting reckons that Adelaide is the most underrated capital city of Australia and the city of Marion is something to be watching out for, mainly because it is becoming like the tech hub.
