Ally Langdon forced to go home sick
Ally Langdon has had to cut her hosting duties short this morning after becoming unwell live on-air.
Ally told her co-hosts just after 7.30am she was struggling but didn't want to leave the team "in the lurch".
"I am actually going to take off this morning, because I have got a bit wobbly," Ally told Karl.

"I didn't notice because you are wobbly a lot on a Monday morning," Karl joked trying to lift his co-host's mood.
"I would have stayed home but it didn't hit until I got to work, so this is best for everybody," Ally replied.
Ally said she did a rapid antigen test to confirm it wasn't COVID-19 and she would be critiquing Karl's solo hosting duties from home.

"I'll be sending notes," Ally joked before standing up from the desk and walking off set.
"Whatever she has got I hope I don't get - I love her," Karl said.
