Man taken to hospital after three car crash on Hume Highway in Campbelltown

A man has been taken to hospital after a three car accident on the Hume Highway in Sydney's south-west.

A NSW Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said they were called the the scene in Campbelltown at 8.43am.

The crash occurred southbound on the Hume Highway, about 200m before the Narellan Road exit.

Two people were removed from the vehicle and were assessed by paramedics.

A 25-year-old man with a sore neck was taken to Campbelltown Hospital, while the other patient did not need further treatment.

At least one lane of the highway was blocked.
