Family members ran to help the teenager after a nearby neighbour spotted him on Alexandra Street.

Neighbour Qassem Alhariri was one of the first on the scene after hearing the victim repeatedly honk his horn.

"I went to him and the car was full of blood and he was just shouting, 'Help me, help me'," Qassem Alhariri told 9News.

"It was pretty bad, like he had a couple of wounds to his stomach and then two to his thighs."
