Tas murder accused to face court

A man charged with murdering his estranged wife is due to face court in Hobart on Monday.

Klaus Dieter Nuebert has previously pleaded not guilty to the charge which stemmed from a daylight street shooting in May in suburban Hobart.

Olga Neubert, 37, died from her injuries and a passenger in her car suffered injuries.

Nuebert is due to make his first appearance in the Supreme Court on Monday afternoon.
