Crew saved from sinking yacht

Four men have been winched to safety from a sinking yacht in waters near King island.

Four aircraft were sent to the stricken 48-foot craft about 2am Thursday after it hit a reef and started taking on water.

None of the crew were injured, but the $600,000 yacht has sunk in 45 metre-deep waters and won't be recovered.
