Five-vehicle crash leaves two injured and Bondi traffic at a standstill
A five-vehicle collision in one of Sydney's busiest suburbs has left two in hospital and brought traffic almost to a standstill.
Heavy delays and traffic chaos unfolded following the crash on Bondi Road, Bondi, near Dudley Street, after four cars collided on the strip about 10am.
Bondi Road was closed between Dudley and Glen streets, with motorists urged to avoid the area entirely.

In an update, Live Traffic Sydney said the road has since reopened in both directions and traffic conditions have been reported as normal.
The crash involved a grey Chevrolet, a red motorcycle, a blue Subuaru station wagon, a grey Volkswagen and a silver Land Rover 4WD, which were all damaged.
The motorcycle rider, a 36-year-old man, has been taken to hospital with leg injuries in a stable condition.
A second man, aged 60, who was driving a blue Subaru, has also been taken to hospital in a stable condition.

Police said they breathalised the 36-year-old driver of the grey Chevrolet, who returned a negative test.
He has been taken to Waverley Police Station for further questioning over the crash.
