Man in his 20s impaled after falling three metres at construction site in Sydney's north-west
A man has been injured after falling through a deck at a construction site in Sydney's north-west.
The worker, aged in his 20s, fell three metres and was impaled on his buttocks at a worksite on Talavera Road at Macquarie Park shortly before 11am, NSW Ambulance said.
The man was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, where he remains in a stable condition.

Paramedics and ambulances were called to the scene and assisted in the extraction process after the man fell from an upper level through a deck.
