Man, 19, burnt in boat fire on south Sydney river
A man is in hospital tonight, being treated for serious burns after a boat he was working on caught fire in Sydney's south.
The 19-year-old was working on a 38-foot Mustang on the George's River at Blakehurst Marina, when flames erupted just after 10am.
The man and another maintenance worker were forced to jump into the water as the blaze took over the vessel.

The 19-year-old received burns to his face, chest and legs, NSW Ambulance has confirmed.
"Paramedics treated a man in his late teens for severe burns to his face, hands and legs," NSW Ambulance spokesman Ian Donaldson told 9News.
"An additional three males were assessed for smoke inhalation with one of those being transported to St George Hospital in a stable condition."
Fire fighters controlled the blaze in a matter of minutes, however northbound lanes on the Princes Highway were closed while emergency crews worked on the scene.
The boat will be towed to land tomorrow and the damage bill is estimated at $100,000.
