The suburb where house prices rose over $240,000 in three months
Despite enormous pressures on the sector, from high interest rates to ongoing inflation, housing prices continue to accelerate.
In some suburbs of Australia they've leapt by huge amounts - in one case, by just under a quarter of a million dollars.
The Australian Financial Review crunched data provided by CoreLogic to discover the 10 suburbs with the highest price increases for homes in the past three months.

10. Wattle Park, South Australia
Wattle Park has a median house price of $1.5 million, an increase of $103,828 in the past three months.
9. Henley Beach. South Australia
Henley Beach South, Adelaide, saw a quarterly price rise of $108,411 for a median home value of $1.5 million.
6. Artarmon, NSW
Artarmon in north Sydney had a price rise of $127,379 to an average of $3.7 million.
5. Glenelg South, South Australia
Gleneg South house prices rose $128,112 to $1.9 million.
4. Lane Cove West, NSW
House prices in Lane Cove West lifted $129,778 to $3 million.
3. Haberfield, NSW
The Sydney inner west suburb of Haberfield experienced a $156,506 price rise, to a $3.1 million median.
2. Kalinga, Queensland
Kalinga in Queensland has a median house price of $1.9 million, up $179,211.
