A man has died after suffering a medical episode while working on a tree in St Ives, on Sydney's upper north shore. 9News
A man has died after falling five metres from a tree on Sydney's upper north shore.
Three NSW Ambulance crews and Careflight responded to the accident on Torokina Avenue in St Ives this afternoon.

The man in his 60s underwent CPR but died at the scene.
It is understood he suffered a medical episode while completing work on the tree.
