Self-proclaimed sheik likely to plead guilty for bid to board flight with fake ID

Self-proclaimed Islamic sheik Junaid Thorne and two of his associates are likely to plead guilty to using fake identification to board domestic flights.
The Perth Magistrates Court heard on Friday that Thorne, Mostafa Shiddiquzzaman and Omer Abdirahman Issak would formally enter their pleas at their next appearance on May 8.

Thorne and Shiddiquzzaman will not be required to appear in person because they live in NSW.
