Second charge over missing Vic man
A man has been charged with being an accessory to the murder of a Melbourne man who went missing last year.
Stewart Hutchinson faced an out-of-sessions court hearing on Wednesday and was charged with one count of accessory to murder over the death of Ricky Lee Ganly.
The 30-year-old Avoca man has been remanded in custody and will appear in the Ballarat Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
A 28-year-old from Maryborough faced court on Tuesday charged over Mr Ganly's death.
Police divers on Sunday found what is believed to be Mr Ganly's body in a submerged car in a water-filled mine near Avoca.
Police say Mr Ganly, 48, was last seen by his girlfriend at his Deer Park home in Melbourne's west about April 28 last year.
