Two more charged over Mt Gambier murder

Two men have been charged with murder over the death of a Mt Gambier man after a fight last month.

The men, aged 20 and 23, will appear in the Mt Gambier Magistrates Court on Wednesday in relation to the death of 32-year-old Rex Court.

A 15-year-old previously charged with the murder of Mr Court has been bailed to reappear in the Youth Court on Friday.

At his first court appearance magistrate Cathy Deland imposed strict bail conditions on the teenager, including electronic monitoring and that he have no contact with a number of potential witnesses.

Mr Court died after a fight on May 15 between two groups on Mt Gambier's main street, following a heated verbal stoush.

At the time of the youth's arrest police said further arrests were possible.
