Two dead after SA road crashes

Two people have died in hospital following road crashes in South Australia this week.

A 53-year-old Strathalbyn man was airlifted to hospital on Tuesday after his motorcycle hit a guard rail in Basket Range in the Adelaide Hills.

He died from his injuries on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, a 26-year-old woman whose car rolled on Monday on a highway in Truro, northeast of Adelaide, died on Wednesday.

Police said the woman was a Taiwanese national.

Her passenger, a 24-year-old woman from Waikerie in SA's Riverland, was treated in hospital for minor injuries.

The death takes the road toll to 64 compared to 74 at the same time last year.
