Tinkler to be examined next year

Embattled mining magnate Nathan Tinkler will in January be examined in the South Australian Supreme Court over the liquidation of his Patinack Farm horse stud.

After a series of delays in the case the court has been told that the examination will proceed, although the parties are still involved in negotiations.

The case will return to court on January 22.
