Teens caught piled on stolen SA scooter

Three teenagers will face court after they were allegedly busted riding a stolen scooter in Adelaide.
Police say four people were riding a scooter through Birkenhead early on Wednesday but quickly abandoned the wheels when spotted by a patrol, who arrested three of them and confirmed the scooter had been stolen on Tuesday.
A 16-year-old Christies Beach girl, 17-year-old Christie Downs girl and 18-year-old Parafield Gardens man have been charged with illegal use and will face the Port Adelaide Youth and Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
