Suspicious fire in Adelaide home

A fire in an empty Adelaide home is being treated as suspicious.
A passer-by alerted emergency services to the fire in a Woodville Gardens house, in Adelaide's north-west, on Monday night.
The blaze caused about $70,000 of damage and is being investigated.
