Severe fire conditions for SA

Hot, dry and windy conditions are forecast for the western part of South Australia.

A total fire ban has been declared for Ceduna, Elliston, Wudinna and Streaky Bay on Monday.

"Where total fire bans have been declared, very hazardous fire weather conditions are predicted," the Country Fire Service said in a statement.

"The CFS recommends that you implement your bushfire survival plan."

Those without a plan are urged to leave early.

The total fire ban will apply for 24 hours from midnight Sunday to midnight Monday.
