Search on for missing NT boy

Fears are held for a six-month-old Northern Territory boy missing since last week.

The boy was last seen in the care of a relative, 16-year-old Gilbert Thompson, and his partner, 16-year-old Rachael Newberry, on September 8.

"Police are very concerned for the boy's welfare and are very keen to speak to the two youths, who were last sighted in Alice Springs in a maroon-coloured vehicle," Detective Senior Sergeant Allan Milner said.
