SA schoolboy escapes abduction attempt

A schoolboy has escaped an abduction attempt in South Australia.

A man grabbed the boy walking near his school in Port Lincoln on SA's Eyre Peninsula on Thursday afternoon, police say.

The victim, who was not injured, broke free and the suspect is about 180cm tall with a dark-coloured crew cut, and aged between his late 30s and early 40s.
