SA's new Assistant Commissioners named

Decorated policemen Peter Harvey and Scott Duval have been named South Australia's new Assistant Commissioners.

The men held the position of chief superintendent before their appointments on Monday and both are recipients of the Australian Police Medal.

"Both are exceptional leaders, with specialist skills and knowledge across many aspects of our organisation's operational and corporate areas," Commissioner Grant Stevens said in a statement.
