SA man with head wounds fighting for life

A man is fighting for his life after he was found with a serious head wound in regional South Australia.
The man was found in Parawa, 86km south of Adelaide about 3.45pm on Sunday and was airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a critical condition.
His injuries are life threatening and police are investigating.
