A man has allegedly been caught with drugs including ice, ecstasy and fantasy hidden under a fish pond in his home in Adelaide.

Five guns, five litres of hypophosphorous acid and almost $17,000 were also found throughout the 50-year-old's Christies Beach property on Wednesday, police allege.

He was refused bail to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on Thursday charged with offences including possessing a trafficable amount of drugs.
