SA man charged over rape, child porn

An Adelaide man has been arrested for rape, sexual exploitation of a child and producing and possessing child porn.

The Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team on Tuesday arrested a 52-year-old man from Adelaide's northern suburbs for one count of rape, sexual exploitation of a child and a range of other sexual assault offences.

It will be alleged that some of the children depicted in child exploitation material are under 14 years of age, the AFP says.

The man was refused bail and will appear at Adelaide Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
