A man has been assaulted after confronting a group of masked robbers in his Adelaide home.
The victim suffered puncture wounds after he found three men, wearing balaclavas, in his Somerton Park home early on Monday, police say.
The trio fled in a car after stealing the man's possessions, while he was hospitalised at the Flinders Medical Centre.
