SA man admits to setting teenager alight

A man has admitted to setting a teenager alight in an attack at an Adelaide home.

Joshua William Lomas, 21, pleaded guilty in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Wednesday to causing serious harm to Luke Coburn, now 18, in January 2013 in the garage at the teenager's Munno Para West home.

Two attackers doused the teenager in a flammable liquid and set him alight.

He was put into an induced coma after the attack, which left him with serious burns.

Lomas, the only person charged to date, will be arraigned in the District Court on September 1.
