South Australia has invited English Premier League champions Leicester City to play A-league champions Adelaide United at Adelaide Oval.
Two days after Adelaide defeated the Western Sydney Wanderers 3-1 in the A-League grand final on Sunday, Leicester was crowned Premier League champions for the first time in the club's 132-year history.
"Adelaide United and Leicester City are the impossible dream teams of football. Both have created history," SA Tourism Minister Leon Bignell said.
