An Adelaide driver allegedly caught almost five times over the legal limit will face court after narrowly avoiding crashing into road workers.
A member of the public called police after observing a driver at Melrose Park swerving all over the road before the car crashed into a road worker's truck, narrowly missing the workers at Tonsley, police said.
A 38-year-old woman from Black Forest was breath tested and returned a blood-alcohol reading of 0.244. She was reported for drink driving and aggravated due care, and issued with an immediate 12-month loss of licence.
