SA continues renewable energy push
AAP
South Australia could soon have more solar power and battery storage as the state continues its move towards renewables.
Tilt Renewables will receive about $7 million in grants to build a $90 million solar farm and battery near Snowtown in the state's mid-north.
"Storage of renewable energy is the future and once again we are seeing South Australia lead the world in the development of a broad range of storage technology," Energy Minister Tom Koutsantonis said in a statement.
