A motorcyclist has crashed through a garage door while trying to escape police in Adelaide.
The 35-year-old man, who had been spotted speeding in Adelaide's southern suburbs with a handwritten number plate, was cornered in a driveway early on Friday morning, police say.
After tracking the rider to a garage, police lifted the roller door and then dropped it as the man allegedly drove at them in an attempt to escape.
