Search fails to find missing Adelaide man

A search of wetlands in Adelaide's north has failed to find a man missing for almost two weeks.

Lochlan Mortimer-Shearer was last heard from on June 20.

Concerns are held for his welfare with police bringing in State Emergency Service volunteers to help with a search of wetlands at Mawson Lakes on Friday.

The search ended without finding any traces of Mr Mortimer-Shearer with a backpack recovered not linked to the missing man.

A Facebook page has been set up to help in the search and has been shared almost 2000 times.

Friends posting on the site have urged Mr Mortimer-Shearer to "come home".
