Neighbour brawl sends SA man to hospital

A brawl between two neighbours in Adelaide has led to one being taken to hospital with a serious head injury and the other being arrested.

A man was taken to hospital in a serious condition with a large cut to his head after the fight with his neighbour in Christie Downs early on Friday, police say.

The other man, a 31-year-old, has been arrested for disorderly behaviour and resisting arrest and police say the pair knew each other before the tussle.
