Missing South Australian man found

A man who disappeared from a South Australian hospital has been found.

Peter Wait, 29, has been discovered safe and well following an overnight search, police said on Saturday.

Mr Wait went missing from Whyalla Hospital on Friday evening.

There were concerns about his wellbeing, as he suffers from a medical condition.
