Man stabbed and left at SA hospital

A man has been dumped at a South Australian hospital after being repeatedly stabbed.
Police say an unknown man left the victim at the Whyalla Hospital early on Tuesday with a number of stab wounds.
He has been airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a serious condition.
