Man arrested after Adelaide robbery

A man has been arrested after allegedly threatening staff with a knife at a snack bar in Adelaide's south.

The man escaped with cash and cigarettes in the robbery at Reynella early on Tuesday, police say.

He was arrested nearby and taken to the Flinders Medical Centre for an unspecified issue.

He is expected to be charged with aggravated robbery.
