Man on the run after Adelaide pursuit

A man is on the run after leading police on a chase through suburban Adelaide in a car stolen from the Northern Territory.

Police say the driver refused to pull over in Mitcham early on Wednesday and they pursued his car through nearby suburbs until stopping for safety reasons.

After being spotted elsewhere but not pursued, the car was found dumped in Seaton, with a police search yet to find the driver believed to be aged in his 20s.
