Man charged over 2012 murder

An Adelaide man has been charged with murdering a woman in 2012.
The 43-year-old allegedly strangled Deborah Balbi, aged 38, in December 2012.
She was initially thought to have died of a drug overdose.

The accused will appear in Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday.
