Man arrested after death in Adelaide

A man has been charged with manslaughter after another man died following an early morning brawl in Adelaide's CBD.

Police were called after reports a group of men were fighting on Hindley Street and found a 22-year-old man unresponsive.

Paramedics tried to save the Glandore man, but he died at the scene.

A 22-year-old man was arrested on Sunday afternoon and charged with manslaughter.

He was refused bail and is expected to front the Adelaide Magistrates' Court on Monday.

Hindley Street has since been reopened to traffic.
