Man arrested after Adelaide police chase

A driver has been arrested after a police chase across the northern suburbs of Adelaide.

An unregistered car failed to stop on police orders after being spotted driving erratically on Montague Road about 10.30pm on Thursday.

Officers chased the car to Para Hills where it was dumped and the driver, a 19-year-old man from Valley View, fled on foot.

He was tracked down and charged with evading police.
