Home cleaned up after SA coral incident

An Adelaide family hospitalised after a chemical reaction caused by the cleaning of coral in a fish tank has been told not to return to their home until later on Wednesday.

The Country Fire Service SA says the family's Aldinga Beach home was thoroughly disinfected after the incident on Tuesday, in which a couple and their five children experienced difficulty breathing, nausea and vomiting.

The family, who are in a stable condition, have been advised to wait 24 hours after the cleaning process to re-enter the property.
