Gun found under SA hospital pillow

A gun found under the pillow of a patient at an Adelaide mental health facility has been seized by police.

Staff at Cramond Clinic at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital found the unloaded gun on Wednesday afternoon and called police.

The patient did not point the gun at staff or patients and no threats were made but police will interview the man once he is released from hospital.
