Man expected to be charged after motorcyclist killed in horror South Australia crash
A man in his 70s is expected to be charged with causing death by careless driving after a motorcyclist was killed in a horror crash in South Australia.
The motorcycle, ridden by a 37-year-old from Freeling, collided with a Toyota four-wheel drive at the intersection of Jack Cooper Drive and Brereton Road in Evanston, north-east of Adelaide, at about 6.30pm.
The rider suffered serious injuries and witnesses tried to help him before emergency services arrived.

Despite the best efforts of everyone involved, the man died a short time later.
"[It was] pretty confronting, we couldn't get it out of our heads for a while," witness Imogen McKay said.
"The whole front end of the bike was scattered everywhere across the road, [the] tyre was gone," Bailey Smith added.
A 77-year-old man was driving the car involved in the collision and was reported for causing death by careless driving, and also lost his licence instantly.
Police expected to lay charges soon.
