Elderly woman dies in SA crash

An elderly woman has died after her car collided with a truck in South Australia's Riverland.

The 72-year-old from Victoria was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital after the crash near Waikerie on Wednesday morning but died that night.

Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
