Driver on the run after Adelaide pursuit

A driver who sparked a police chase in Adelaide's south while towing a stolen trailer remains at large after crashing and escaping into a creek bed.

The pursuit began after officers spotted the stolen trailer in Huntfield Heights early on Tuesday and the driver failed to stop.

A police helicopter and search dogs were brought in to help search for the driver who crashed into a tree and fence and ran into a creek bed, but they were unsuccessful.
