Construction group to face safety charge

A construction company is facing a charge over an accident on a road project in Adelaide where a worker was injured when a crane hit a work platform.
Federal workplace health and safety regulator Comcare has filed a charge against John Holland Ltd over the incident on the South Road Superway project in 2013.
It alleges the company failed to ensure the health and safety of workers with the case to come before the Adelaide Magistrates Court on a date to be set.
