Community broadcaster saves Radio Adelaide
AAP
A community radio station will ensure the survival of the University of Adelaide's student station after fears it could shut down because of funding pressures.
Fresh 92.7 will oversee Radio Adelaide's transition into a new entity from July but says the station will still be used to train budding broadcasters.
"Fresh 92.7 is excited to be able to help out a fellow community radio station in need," it said on Friday.

There were fears Radio Adelaide would close after the university sold its premises late last year.
The station will move into the Fresh 92.7 studios while a new location is found.
