Candle sets Adelaide home ablaze

A $40,000 Adelaide house fire has been blamed on an unattended candle.
The owners of the West Richmond home left the house for only a short time before Metropolitan Fire Service crews arrived about 5.30pm on Wednesday.
MFS investigators believe a candle was the source of the fire.

No one was hurt but the fire badly damaged the bedroom and the house was heavily smoke-damaged.
