Bullets hit Adelaide home with five inside

An Adelaide home has been peppered with bullets in the middle of the night.

Five people were inside the Wynn Vale house when six bullets were fired at the garage door, gutter and window around midnight on Wednesday.

A car was then heard leaving the area, police say.

Nobody was hurt in the attack, which is believed to have been targeted.

Police ballistics experts will examine the scene on Thursday.
